The Parking Garages of Miami Beach Photo: Arquitectonica completed the Ballet Valet, a six-level garage plopped on top of a historic block of buildings and shrouded in greenery, in 1996. The garage, nicknamed the ‘Chia pet’ and located on Collins Avenue between Sixth and Seventh Streets, is credited with raising the bar for the city’s garages.
